Quality Assurance
he Faculty Board is responsible for all teaching in the University College. As part of quality assurance, all end-of-semester examinations in all semesters are both pre-modulated and post-modulated by the University of Cape Coast, through the Interfaculty Committee on Institutional Affiliation. In addition, the quality of the course is maintained by:
(a) Scrutiny of the reports of External Examiners by the University College and the Academic Board. Suggestions by them for improvement are acted on where necessary;
(b) Student feedback through lecture questionnaires;
(c) Appraisal and evaluation of Faculty, and the provision of Faculty development programmes; and
(d) The Academic Board’s programme for reviewing Faculties and Departments every five years
