This novel virus – coronavirus, has rudely invaded our world. This virus has claimed some lives already. It is also disrupting our way of life. At the moment social distancing seems to be the most effective safeguard against the spread of the virus.

For us at DUC, the wellbeing of our students and staff is our first priority. Accordingly, as part of efforts to stem the spread of coronavirus among our students and staff, DUC has, in compliance with the directives of the President of the Republic – His Excellency, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo to suspend all face-to-face lectures, tutorials and lab works until further notice. We are however making special arrangements for teaching to continue using available digital platforms. We are closely monitoring development regarding the spread or otherwise of the virus. Further guidance will be issued in the coming days on measures we are taking to ensure that effective teaching and learning continuous during this period.

May the Almighty God keep our students and staff safe and fully protected against coronavirus or from any harm in Jesus name.
